Our Story
S1 Projects is led by Managing Director Scott Miller, a registered builder and qualified carpenter with more than 20 years of industry experience. Scott brings an inclusive leadership style and fosters a positive team culture, with a strong focus on mental health and wellbeing across worksites.
Zoe Miller, Co-Director, oversees day-to-day operations and ensures smooth coordination between clients, suppliers, and project teams.
